Fabrics are most basic part of garments and its selection is an art. The key points in fabric selection are fabric type, GSM (weight m2), colors, features and overall comfort level. The fabric that are in routine production can always be available quickly without any minimum order limits. But other than regular fabrics we also provide solution for custom fabric that can be produced on customer demands as per their needs. For example if we have fabric for max GSM of 200 but if customer need the heavier GSM then we can do that for them to meet their needs. Just for custom fabrics we need to apply some MOQ limit to keep the overall product pricing lower.
Also in professional way, we always suggest client’s to either buy sample of our garments from available fabrics or supply us their counter samples for fabric inspection as well as availability confirmation. This is bit costly process but off course helps for further productions quite easily without any confusion in mind. It is always suggested to client’s to test the fabric (may be laboratory tests too) on their side for maximum satisfaction.
