At Dontex Sportswear, we work hard to deliver top-quality custom sportswear to every team, club, school, and business. Because each product is specially made to your order, our refund and returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.
Overview
All products are produced specifically according to your approved design, selected sizes, and chosen colors. We follow strict quality checking at every stage — fabric cutting, stitching, printing, and final inspection.
However, if something goes wrong, we have a clear policy to support you. This page explains when refunds or returns are possible and how the process works.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
✅ We Accept Returns/Refunds If:
✔ Defective or Damaged Product
If you receive an item with damaged stitching, printing issues, fabric defects, or manufacturing faults, we will take full responsibility. You will receive a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
✔ Wrong Item Delivered
If the product delivered is completely different from what you ordered — different category, different design, or incorrect customization — we will replace it immediately.
✔ Design Not Matching Approved Mockup
If the final product has major differences from the mockup you approved (logo placement, colors, number fonts, name spellings, etc.), we will fix it at no extra cost.
✔ Incorrect Sizing by Manufacturer
If we made an error in sizing despite receiving your correct measurements or size chart selection.
✔ Package Lost in Transit
If your order is lost by the courier company, we will either remake the order or issue a refund.
📸 You must provide photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery so our team can verify the issue quickly.
❌ We Do NOT Accept Returns/Refunds If:
✘ Customer Selected the Wrong Size
We follow your exact chosen sizes. We cannot accept returns if the wrong size was chosen by the customer.
✘ Change of Mind After Production Starts
Once your order enters production, materials are consumed specifically for your items, so cancellation is not possible.
✘ Color Differences Due to Screen Display
Colours may vary slightly because each screen shows colors differently. Minor shade differences are not considered defects.
✘ Normal Wear & Tear
Damage after usage such as stretching, fading due to improper washing, or excessive use is not eligible.
✘ Exact Design Was Produced Correctly
If we followed your approved mockup exactly, the order is non-refundable.

If your refund request is approved:

1. Our QC team reviews your photos/videos
2. We verify the error or issue
3. Refund is approved
4. You choose your refund method
5. Refund is issued within 5–10 business days

Return Process
If the product needs to be returned:
How It Works:
1. Contact us with your order number and issue details
2. Share clear pictures or video for verification
3. If approved, we will send you the return address
4. You must ship the product back in unused condition
5. After inspection, we begin the replacement or refund
Return Shipping Costs:
If the issue is our fault → We cover shipping
If the return is due to customer reasons → Customer covers shipping
We always ensure fair handling on both sides.
Order Cancelation Process
To avoid production errors, we start work quickly. Therefore:
You may cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it
After 12 hours or once production starts → Cancellation not allowed
If you need changes after 12 hours, only minor adjustments may be possible (if production has not reached that stage)
Late or Missing Refund
If your refund is delayed:
1. Check your bank or PayPal account again
2. Contact your bank; processing times vary
3. If the issue continues, contact us and we will assist immediately
